Returns and Exchanges

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer.

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.

  • All labels & tags must be attached and in their original state.
  • Exchanges are not permitted for different items, even if they have the same price.
  • Exchanges may only be made for a different size or fit of the same item.
  • Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the item is received.
  • You must send the invoice & the Order Exchange Form along with your item.
  • This policy is applicable to local orders only.
  • Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • You must send the product to us on the given address, at your own expense.
  • If your product is defective, please fill out the Defective Item sheet for us to conduct a manufacturing inspection & get you the correct item immediately.
  • Please provide photos of your defective item, if you may, through any of our communication platforms.
  • Accessories once delivered will not be exchanged or refunded.
